Ryan, the listing agent, called us back to let us know the home had already sold. He asked us what we were looking for and offered to start sending us listings. We felt no pressure from Ryan to use him as a buying agent. We began receiving listings and asked Ryan to show us a few homes. Ryan was very knowledgeable of the area in which we were interested in purchasing our home and was a great listener with regards to our home requirements. At no point did we feel any bias or pressure towards any of the homes we visited. We used Ryan to purchase our home. He was professional through the process and we negotiating a great price below asking. He suggested a home inspector that was great and provided us with a thorough review and detailed report. Ryan has continued to follow up with us after the purchase of our home to inquire about our renovations etc. We are very happy with our decision to use Ryan. A truly genuine and nice guy.
