We had no prior knowledge of Ryan until we inquired through MLS about a property for sale. Ryan, the listing agent, called us back to let us know the home had already sold. He asked us what we were looking for and offered to start sending us listings. We felt no pressure from Ryan to use him as a buying agent. We began receiving listings and asked Ryan to show us a few homes. Ryan was very knowledgeable of the area in which we were interested in purchasing our home and was a great listener with regards to our home requirements. At no point did we feel any bias or pressure towards any of the homes we visited. We used Ryan to purchase our home.
